Our mission is to accelerate the transition to a regenerative  system by engaging, informing, and connecting.

Run by volunteers, the Islington Climate Emergency Centre will serve as a hub for local environmental and community groups and businesses.
 
The centre hosts a range of locally inspired activities designed to inspire the community and help Islington reach its net zero targets by creating projects and building resilience.

Solutions to the social crisis are often solutions to the climate crisis. The Islington CIO is community-led, local and inclusive and focused on sharing skills and resources.
