About the event

The London Climate Resilience Review is an independent review commissioned by the Mayor of London to take stock of London's preparations for climate change and to make recommendations to advance London' climate resilience.

Join our new book club where we go over the Review's content and work out how it impacts Islington, and how we can use it to steer steps forward at the Climate Centre. The Review is mostly an easy read. Where it isn't, we'll work together to help clarify it.

The Review’s full report will be published later in 2024 and will  include the Review’s full findings and complete set of recommendations.  The Review are keen to hear any feedback on this interim report by 16 February 2024 and we will use the bookclub as a chance to gather that feedback.

If you have a contribution to make and can't attend, let us know at islingtonclimatecentre@gmail.com

We have a printed copy at the Climate Centre that can be borrowed. Alternatively, download the Review here

Or just turn up any time between 5.30pm and 7.30pm!

We need to get to grips with the science. How better than to do it in community?
