As we witness unprecedented rainfall patterns all around the world in Florida, North Carolina , Japan, Mexico, and Europe, we need to start preparing in case this kind of rainfall comes to London.
Our People's Assembly will explore how we can help each other to prepare for such floods and how we are able to support each other when they happen. Islington has experienced flooding in the last few years and there are lessons that we can learn from that. We need to explore the many things we can do to limit and reduce the impact of flooding, and where our resources are best…
