On March 19th, a sunny Saturday, the Islington Climate Centre held its first ever vegan cake sale on the ground floor space at Angel Central.
Bunting printed with the Centre's pretty sun-shaped logo fluttered from the top of the market cart and, set between jars of spring daffodils, delicious vegan cakes and biscuits - lovingly baked by the team - were handed out to visitors to the Centre.
What we loved most of all? All the fantastic conversations we had and all the energy we see coming our way as we get up and running.
